after organizing a relaxed and fun warm-up camp activity organized by the expansion coach, this team building activity officially kicked off with the team name, team call, and exciting team appearance in the squad. the expansion training is carried out with the unity association as the main line. members of the four groups challenged projects such as "supporting the frontline" and "poker battle", and each carefully designed expansion project stimulated everyone's strong interest and enthusiasm.

in the process of cross disciplinary expansion experience, team members worked together to overcome difficulties one by one. after the completion of a single project, everyone shared the joy of success and the passion for challenges, fully experiencing the management awareness and art closely related to work, such as team trust, effective communication, empathy, reasonable organization, leadership, execution, and team collaboration.
